Paracardiac is just a region of lung which is next to the heart . One should try finding the cause of pneumonitis and the treatment remains the same as compared to any other pneumonitis.
Some organism cause more commonly para cardiac pneumonitis one should order further tests based on your symptoms, where you stay and which organisms are more common in that area .
