Couple of questions. Little lump next to clit uncomfortable what could this be? If I run my finger on top of my crack I feel a little painless lump under my skin on one side is this related? I don t know what it is called but the lump at the back of the vagina the cervix maybe? That always has little lumps and my discharge is always a yellow/green colour could you help at all are any of these related? Because sometimes I have a weird pressure painless feeling on my left hand side stomach/abdomen can you please offer advice Thank you so much Kate
Hi, Thanks for the query. The lump at the vaginal opening could be a barholin cyst. Barholin gland lies near the vaginal opening. When the duct of the gland gets blocked, it will form cyst. When the cyst gets infected it will form abscess. For more details: http://srsree.blogspot.com/2013/12/bartholin-glands.html Cervix will not visible to outside usually unless there is prolapse. Yellowish or green color usually indicates possibility of infection. Pelvic infection can also cause pain abdomen. So, once consult gynecologist and get examined. If there is evidence of infection, you may need one course of antibiotics. They will help in curing bartholin cyst also. Take care.
