Suggest Medication For Painful Bowel Movements With Bleeding

Hi i am anil singh (sex-M, age-30Yrs, weight-80kg). during stool i feel pain and some amount of bleeding. 30 days back i feel same and got treatment. doctor done banding at 60 clock partion.doctor advice me to take daflon tablet and hot sitz bath. and after that i feel ok, but after one month i again feel same problem.

Dear you may be suffering from fissure along with Haemorrhoids.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol.
Eat green leafy vegetables.
Syrp Duphalac at night time
If you have fissure use dilgel local and mucopain gel.

If symptoms not improved consult your doctor.
