Suggest Medication For Pain In Neck And Back Of Head While Swallowing

It hurts very bad to swallow. The pain of that is going to the back of my neck and the back of my head. My lower back hurts for a day then goes away but then comes back. I went to the doctor and they didn't perscribe any medicine. All they said was gargle salt water. This isnt working and im on the verge of tears. I need help

hello, dysphasia - difficulty in swallowing could be due to infections, gastric reflux of stomach, traumatic due to forceful swallow. u can start one course of antibiotic tab. ascert 200mg( cefixime) twice daily for 5 days, tab. brufen400 mg twice daily for 3 days, tab. pantoprazole 40 mg once daily for 5 days. if d swelling persistent , u need to c an ent surgeon for further rx.
