Suggest Medication For Pain In Elbow And Neck

i am having pain while moving my neck up and down left leg and left elbow, i taken pantop, calcaim neroviyan and pain tablet once but there i snot much relief, could you please advise and let me know the reason for the same along with line of treatment. my age 38 hight 5.5 & weight 62.thanks

I have studied your case and I think you are having cervical spondylitis with neck muscle spasm, I would suggest you following.
1. X ray of the neck to confirm the diagnosis.
2. Intermittent cervical traction exercises .
3. Tablet Pregabalin and Methylcobal daily for one month. Should be taken at night time as it causes dizziness.
4. Do not use very high pillow. Do not keep neck in same position for long time.Also apply voletran ointment. Also you can apply hot water fomentation and muscle relaxant like Myoril or Myospaz tablet.
