Suggest Medication For Nose Bleed & Dizziness After An External Injury

my 10 year old daughter got a knock on her nose and had a nose bleed it stopped after a few minutes but she said she felt a bit dizzy then seeemed to faint briefly.She now seems fine just says she feels a little dizzy in her head like shes been on a roundabout.

The bleeding from the nose following trauma can be because of the fractured nasal bone or soft tissue injury. The dizziness can be secondary to general weakness or internal injury in the head region. Consult an oral and maxillofacial surgeon and get it evaluated. You need to get a CT and MRI of head and bbrain done respectively to confirm the diagnosis. Once the diagnosis is confirmed, we can manage accordingly with surgery.
