Suggest Medication For Neck Pain And Problem In Swallowing

Hi, I've had neck pain for the past 60 hours. Can't move to

the right or left all the way. Can tilt forward but not backward.

I'm also having some trouble swallowing, but my sinuses are

draining and that may be part of it. No fever. Doing moist heat,

dry heat, cold packs and bufferin or aleve, nothing helps.
