Suggest Medication For Nausea And Vomiting

Hi, I am 13 weeks pregnant and suffering with nausea that leads to vomiting all the time my Dr prescribed me with promethazine teoclate tablets 25mg and told me to take one in a morning and one at night. I have been doing so for 2 days now and it s making my sickness worse I feel more tired and drowsy should I stop taking these or carry on until my review in 2 days time? Also are these tablets even proven to be safe to take in pregnancy?

Hello, yes these tablets ate safe in pregnancy but in case still nauseous then add tablet doxinate 10 mg at night daily.
