Suggest Medication For Mild Posterior Disc Bulge At L4-L5

I am having back pain for last 6 months time ? Mri report is saying mild posterior disc buldge in L4/L5. But Otherpedic surgeon says its not .But for last 6 months time i was on pain killers and some physios but still pain is there and rediate to pain for both legs.Please advice me what should I do ?

I have gone through your query and being your physician i totally understands your health concerns.
It depends upon the symptoms. generally a conservative approach is advocated. If the symptoms are severe then surgical intervention is needed.
Avoid exertion , bending, Lifting heavy objects.
kindly get the another interpretation of MRI from another RADIOLOGIST.
kindly meet orthopedic surgeon for second opinion.
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain.
