Suggest Medication For Low Grade Fever,chills And Headache

I had a minor operation on Friday to rmove a cyst about the size of a golf ball from my chest. (upper , center). Tonight I have chills, low grade fever, the area is swollen ,slightly hard and red and I have a headache, just don't feel well should I call my dr. Or can I wait till tomorrow

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that if this is post operative symptoms of fever then in my opinion such symptom would be treated with antibiotic if not taken immediately after the operation, with antipyretic medicine hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
