Suggest Medication For Knee Pain
for knee pain of patients ,since some years, i am treating them with narayani and sreeram combinations, the pain etc do get reduced and tolerable, but again it is back due to exertion or some unknown reasons, any homeopathic cure for that please, to help thousands of people,mine is a free consultaion.

First of all i must appreciate your good work of helping out patients without charging them.
Coming to the Homeopathic aspect there are many medicines in homeopathy for joint pains but each one has a peculiar aggravating & relieving factor for e.g Bryonia Alba is one good medicine for joint pains where pains increase by least motion or heat & are better by rest or pressure.
Likewise there are medicines with different symptoms which can be indicated.
We can't really give one medicine which will help all patients.
Doctor you may take help from a Homeopathic doctor near your place & get things worked out.
