Hello,
I read carefully your concern regarding to your sister's health and i really appreciate it.
From the results you reported it seems to be hypothyroidism or under active thyroid.
In these levels it is considered mild and the decision to treat it or not will depend on clinical symptoms.
If she has symptoms of under active thyroid, the doctor will prescribe her levothyroxine.
There is no need to get worried about these levels. It can be corrected easily.
