Suggest Medication For Hives Caused Despite Taking An Antihistamine

I am allergic to pollen, grass, dust, but usually if i take a generic antihistamine with 10mg loratadine tablet it stopped the symptoms, but now on both my forearms they have red hives but the tablets don t seem to be working anymore...any suggestions?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
1.     Stop loratadine
2.     Avoid allergens if possible
3.     Wear a face mask before exposure to allergens such as while going out of house
4.     Tablet levocetirizine 5 mg – 1 tablet once daily for 5 days
5.     Tablet dexamethasone 0.5 mg – 1 tablet twice daily for 5 days
6.     Get done an allergy test in a good laboratory to identify allergens
7.     Immediately go to hospital if you have any sign of anaphylaxis such as breathing difficulty, low blood pressure, nausea/vomiting, throat constriction, unconsciousness etc
