my 6 and half yesr old has fever ranging from 100 ro 102 since yesterday .... and a wet chesty cough ..... she has at times very cold feet and a few min back was shivering for abt 5 mins temp at that time was 100 n have her panadol .... plz tell me what to do

I advise you to consult a pediatrician for diagnosis and treatment.
She may need to have an X ray and some tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, phenylefrine, citrizine, dextrometharphan, and paracetamol.
