Suggest Medication For High Blood Pressure Without Side Effects?

34, F, Diabetic. I was taking a previous medication for high blood pressure which made me have a dry cough so was switched to Losartan which is making me extremely nauseous where I'm vomiting. Is there an OTC anti-nausea medicine I can take? I also take Metformin.

Welcome to HCM

Nausea is likely from metformin / than losartan
Do not change your pressure or sugar medicines – without proper approval from your physician
