hi i am havng bp for long 20years and my age is 55year and i an taking met stamlo alonge with carnisure 500 arthopan500 because of leg pains and i am also taking aztor 10 ismo20 and loprin 75 some times i get chestpain

Blood pressure detected in such an early age and difficult to manage is suggestive of secondary hypertension ( duevto some other diseases like kidney disease), if you are not worked up for that you need a thorough evaluation. Also longstanding hypertension will cause heart diseases.
So I suggest you to consult a cardiologist.
