Suggest Medication For Heart Burn And Chest Pain

i have had heart burn and chest pain problems since last 12 years some time worse but after changing diet it goes seen doctors and been on nexume 40 mg most of the time since last week my stomach started to making strange sounds and excessive belching feeling urge to go to toilet more than 5 times a day normaly i go for 2 times no pain just feeling air in stomach an uneasy condition in stomach im also having cold and continues thick liquid dripping in back of my throat since last week. feelin latharge and heavy.

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Since you are a known patient of GERD for 12 years having heartburn and pain in chest, you need a proper evaluation by upper GI endoscopy, baium studies and consider corrective surgery.
Control of stress and/ or anxiety.
Since a particular diet helps you continue the same.
The present problem of loose stools, gases and burping looks to be due to gastroenteritis. Hence I would advise you to send the sample of stool and blood for tests, get started on proper antibiotic cover, take water and electrolyte solution to maintain hydration and electrolyte balance. Take probiotics.
