Suggest Medication For Heart Burn And Belching
I have heartburn daily, but that s not my concern. Lately after I ve eaten and gone for a walk, I start belching about 10 minutes into the walk. It is quite severe and I can feel it in my chest. It lasts for about 20 minutes and then subsides. What might this be and what can I do about it?

The things that can help belching are to slow down while eating and avoid drinking during meals as it increases how much air you swallow with each drink and each bite. control of heartburn would be essential as well with a proton pump inhibitor or anti histamine as this can also increase belching. simethicone can help gas and gas pains but typically this is for the other end's gas output.
