Suggest Medication For Headache,running Nose & Hair Fall

i have 8 days of head ache now. last 5days i have ranny nose with blood. as in everytime i blow,theres a mix of blood. then with head ache. and my hair is fall out. as in a lot. not normal. so pls give me an idea whats this? and what should i do?thank you.

Hi, thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. Headache with running nose is due to common cold, rhinitis and sinusitis. It can be treated by

- Steam inhalation 3-4 times daily.

- Tab cetrizine+xylometazoline+paracetamol after proper prescription

- Antibiotic therapy like coamoxyclav for 5-7 days after proper prescription

- Regarding bleeding nose, it can be due to nose picking or excessive sneezing. It will subside on its own. If it persists and there is continuous bleed, please consult ENT specialist.

- For headache, you can take acetaminophen tablet after proper prescription.

Hair fall will subisde with folic acid supplements, treatment of infection, dandruff control shampoo. You can consult Trichologist for it.
