Hello!

I read your question carefully and appreciate your concern!

O think that it is normal to feel headache after a head concussion. It can last even for months after the trauma. The fact that you are improving is a good sign.

I would advise you to have some rest and avoid straining physical activity or a second head trauma.

For the pain I would recommend painkillers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen for some days.

If the situation gets worse or you feel confused or any other symptoms, I would recommend you to go to the ER and have a brain CT scan to exclude a possible intracranial hemorrhage. They can help you any time you need.

Hope to have been of help!

Greetings! Dr. Aida
