Suggest Medication For Headache After Using Meth

Quick question, I was drinking earlier, then I did a little meth (i know, i know, bad stuff, neurotoxic, etc). When my body metabolized the booze, and my buzz went away, I got a minor headache. Are there any severe adverse reactions between acetaminophen and methamphetamine that I need to worry about, or can I safely take some to get rid of this headache?

HI
Well come to HCM
Ideally narcotic drug and therapeutic pharmaceutical molecules must never be taken together (Narcotic is not at all good for health) because this would be very uncertain how it react with each others, so better to not to have the narcotic in either case hope this information helps take care.
