hello i am 23 year old with 92 kgs of weight on 5.3 inch height. I have lost 80% of hair on my head and gained lot of facial hair. I consulted some doctors they told me male hormones are more in me. I need to lose weight but i am unable to do anything
You seem to have androgenetic alopecia...also called male pattern baldness. It is a hereditary disorder. You have to take long tern treatment to get good result. I usually prescribe finesteride 1 mg daily with biotin tab 10 mg daily...for few months to few years or till good result in my patients. Along with this, minoxidil 10% solution to be applied twice a day. Keep the scalp hygiene good by using shampoo containing ketoconazole. You may get good result after few years. But, you take treatment under observation of dermatologist. I hope you got my answer.
