Suggest Medication For Grade 2 Testicle Varicocele
Recently i have undergone color Doppler test and came to know that i have a grade 2 testicle varicocele. In semen analysis, i came to know that my sperm health normal. Actually i have pain or discomfort like symptoms rarely. I came to know from doctor that it may increase and make my sperm low and he said that after six month we will examine again and if it get worsen,then you need to go for surgery varicocelectomy . From that i feared about this and feeling like it is getting worse and i am checking it very often because of fear. I am scared of surgery because after surgery i doubt whether i can do my physical activities normally and participate in sex or not. I am scared of side effects of surgery also. Please give me your valuable suggestion about treatment to cure varicocele completely. PLSSSS

Well, Grade 2 varicocele need no active treatment unless you have pain, dragging sensation in abdomen near the umbilicus or low sperm count.
You can have a scrotal support, Avoid continuous standing, avoid constipation or anything that can increase the intra-abdominal pressure like coughing , strenuous exercises or activities. The best way is to bathe the scrotal area with cold water anytime it is possible- this contracts the dartos and elevates the scrotal wall. Avoid hot atmosphere.
Get the semen analysis done after 6 months . Get married if you are not , get a baby- do not worry.
Surgery per se is the most simple affair with the advent of laparoscopy. IN only symptomatic patients we do a classical excision of the mass also.
