Suggest Medication For Gastritis

I am 22,female, a student...to have a history on me on 2009 i was diagnosed and treated with gastritis. Now, it's been almost a month that everyday I have nausea or actual vomiting of yellow liquid, feeling weak, always tired, feeling always full, loss of appetite, I also lost some weight about 8 lbs. Everyday i am experiencing heartburn and acid to my stomach. I felt this things before but only about 1-2 days then I am ok but now it's really everyday. What makes me worried is just today, i have taken a bowel and I have seen one of my stool to have a red lining of blood on it... Im sure its blood, my stool is yellow...

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Nausea, actual vomiting, heartburn is usually due to increased acid production causing gastritis, lower esophageal sphincter looseness causing gastro-esophageal reflux disease called as GERD.
Feeling weak, tired all the time, full, loss of weight and loss of appetite are secondary to these phenomenon.
Blood in the stool can be due to hemorrhoids, fissure, colonic infection or inflammation.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
An opinion of a Gastroenterologist, upper GI Endoscopy ano-proctoscopy, tests of stool, urine and blood.
These things will give an appropriate diagnosis so that a proper management can be given for relief and cure.
Control of stress and anxiety are very important.
Avoids the foods and beverages that cause or increase your problems.
Soft bland diet in small frequent way.
All these to be maintained for a long so that there is no recurrence.
