Suggest Medication For Fever

my 2 year old has had a fever at or over 100 i have been alternating tylonol and advil throughout the night and he has been on tylenol during the day. he is drowsy and had puffy red eyes. He has been drinking and is in only his diaper. should i take him into a doctor?
