I am 23 yrs old and from last evening I am suffering from fever , upper headache,feeling cold..
took Disprin.Last to last week too suufered from feveer ,at that time took Febrix plus.One more thing from last 4 days my nights are sleepless.suggest few medicines.

take only paracetamol tablet 500mg -TDS FOR three days.(can add any decongestant if required).
if it is simple mild viral infection ,it will be resoved and you will be sympyomatic free.
