Suggest Medication For Fever And Vomiting

Hello my name is susan and I m having trouble finding out what is wrong with me I ve been vomiting and had a fever of over 100 for three days now and have also had extreme pain in my right abdominal side please help me I have no medical insurance I need to know if this is serious

I really appreciate your concern, in most of the cases reason of such symptoms could be viral infection, care need to be taken for hydration for the vomiting "Tab Domperidone" can be used dose need to be taken according to age and weight which is not given here, you need to be patience hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
