my 10 year old grandson has a bowel problem that he does not know when it will happen until it is to late. He is very embarrassed. We are going away for a vacation and would like to know if there is underware he can wear so that the kids will not know. We have him with a doctor and she just is telling us it just takes time.

No diaper can help him but a regular bowel habit will certainly help. Train your grandson to go to potty twice daily at regular time, some mild laxatives like syr cremaffin can help him to establish the routine. Once his habit is formed his bowel will get trained and no accidents will happen.
