Suggest Medication For Erectile Dysfunction

hi. i am facing a problem of erectile dysfunction. i am married with a child. in the begining of the marriage i feel that i am unable to intercourse for the second time in one night . but after two years of marriage i am facing problem of erection in first time. many times there is no erection . i try alot to maintain erection but in vain, kindly suggest something.
