Suggest Medication For Dry & Blurry Vision With Discharge

Hi, I've been using contact lenses for the past 20 years and in the last 6 months I've been having problems with eyes: my vision is blurred and my eyes feel irritated, dry and there's a little exudate coming out. I've tryed several drops but nothing works. I just can't stand using my lenses anymore because I literally stop seeing. what can I do or what type of medicine should I take? thank you
