I can t breathe without being sick. Every time I take a breath my throat is really dry and it makes me gag and then I m sick. I ve been being sick now for the past three hours I m so tired I don t know what to do, literally every time I take a deep breath I m sick. Drinks don t help medicine doesn t help I can t eat anything as it come straight back up, i m literally scared to Breathe. I don t know why this is happening please help. I do have a cold right now but this has never happened before.

And this can also give rise to bronchitis (inflammation of bronchus). This can lead to bronchospasm. Bronchospasm will cause difficulty in inhaling air. So your breathing problem can be due to viral bronchitis. So consult pulmonologist and get done 1. Chest x ray 2. PFT (pulmonary function test). Chest x ray is needed to rule out lung infection. PFT is needed to diagnose bronchitis. You may need inhaled bronchodilators too. So better to first diagnose yourself and start appropriate treatment.
