welcome to HCM
yes your symptoms are related to type 2 diabetes.
increased thirst, sweating, increased urination and weight loss are symptoms of diabetes.
before prescribing drugs to you i want you to have a lifestyle modifications like
1. taking sugarfree diet
2.timely meals
3.avoiding snacks in between meals
4. anaerobic exercises daily.
5. involving in some sports activities.
6. swimming or cycling regularly.
7. taking your medications as prescribed by your treating physician regularly,
i recommend you to have a fasting blood sugar and a postprandial blood sugar checked before visiting your treating physician
check your HbA1c levels at least every year this tells your sugar status over a period of 3 months.
maintain a blood sugar chart and show it to your diabetologist on every visit.
