Suggest Medication For Delay In Periods,cramps And Bloating Of Stomach

hi im 25 im just wondering if I could be pregnant I have never had a late period if anything its sometimes a few days early but I am now 2 days late I have all the symptoms that my period is comin I.e cramps bloating but also I am really tired with about 2 weeks. I took a home pregnancy test this morning and it came back negative. could you please give me any advice as I dont know whats goin on with my body and qould really like to be able to tell my partner what is happening thank you lilly g

hi,in most likelihood it is the anxiety that is causing a delayed period.you can start tab regestrone 10 mg twice daily for 5 days and within a week of stopping the drug you will get your periods.since your upt is negative it rules out pregnancy as these days upt kits are highly sensitive.if again your cycle get delayed then you will need further investigations like ultrasound to rule out pcos and thyroid function test.all the best take care.
