Welcome to HCM. You can easily rule out your pregnancy by urine pregnancy test. If there is a negative result then some investigation is required for diagnosis like blood for thyroid profile, prolactine level ,and blood sugar . USG of lower abdomen and pelvis and testosterone level in blood should be done to exclude PCOS which also a cause of amenorrhoea. If any other query then you can contact me at http://www.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-avijit-basak/68560..
Thank you.
