My name is bridgette and i have been struggling with a problem now 5 days, the stool is stuck in my rectum and will not move and its now causing pains i tried laxatives, prune juice nothing works and i am in so much pain

You have said you are constipated and have taken laxatives. But you have not mentioned what laxative you have taken.
For good bowel movements three things are important -
1. Adequate fiber intake
2. Adequate fluid intake
3. Adequate physical activity
You can take miralax for relief.
