Suggest Medication For Constipation
Hello Dr. Rynne, Occasionally, and only when I travel I find a need for a mild laxative because I can t maintain my normal diet and exercise routines. I want to avoid any harsh OTC types that may not be gentle on my system. What so you recommend? Thanks.

I really appreciate your concern, it is not just the condition that needs any medicines and it is better to take care in drinking water and fiber containing diet else it is nothing to do hope this information helps.
