Hello doctor my baby 9month old last 10days he has cold and running nose i used trifect drops its was quiet normal and suddenly he has chect connection and running nose cant breath i used asthalin expectorant anddelcon plus if he takes this medicine has a vomit doctor please give me a solution doctor

Thanks and welcome to HCM .
In addition to the drug you are giving steam inhalation 2-3 times daily will help.
Saline nasal drops locally will give relief and help him to sleep.
Avoid exposure to cold and keep him in warm atmosphere.
Usually he gets relief within 3-4 days
Otherwise consult pediatrician .
