Suggest Medication For Chest, back Pain, stomach Pain & Diarreha

My husband is having chest and back pain on the left side and it's affecting his arm. He feels nauseous and is having stomach cramps and diarrhea. He said the pain hurts worse when he lays down. Should he go to the emergency room or at least his doctor?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, chest pain with associated other symptoms can not be taken as granted and it has to be ruled out for cardiac disease so better to go for cardiac evaluation tests it is not wise to take any risk although it seems like a muscular pain with hyperacidity may be some infection but alone it can not be taken as granted hope this information helps.
