Suggest Medication For Chest Pain In Right Side Behind Ribs

Hiya
I have some chest pain. It feels like I have an obstruction just left of my right breast but behind my ribs. When I lie down at night the pain gets much worse and I get shooting pains across my chest and then up to my neck. It does not feel like a pulsating pain with my heart beat, but while I am sat here now I can feel what I deem to be a blockage in my osophagus, and some shooting pain... I am really worried about this...
