Suggest Medication For Bile Drainage Through A Wound
i had a bile drain placed in my liver after a gunshot wound at the university md shock trama how many cc of drainage is acceptable before drain is removed i had surgery on dec 12 2013 and its putting out about sixty cc a day and there is clottage coming out and wierd snotty looking substance is that normal and what is the best way to reduce drainage do i need to be on a special diet i just worried because im scared to go back to work because my job is physically demanding and at one point it only put out about twenty two cc then increased to thirty and so on now back up to sixty im very concerned can a doctor pleas tell me what is going please and thank you have no money im broke

Therapeutic ERCP will reduce this drainage.
I need the recent reports for helping you.
This is a tricky decision and decided by many factors - like from where exactly the leakage is from?
60 cc is nothing much. It looks the natural drainage into the duodenum is hampered for some reason. Otherwise such small drainage heals on its own in just 3 weeks.
Please post fistulogram.. I can tell you what to do to close the leak.
You have to take normal diet.
