Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been on 30mg of Phentermine for approx 4 months. My doctor monitors me with a monthly visit and I have been very successful with no adverse side effects to blood pressure or difficulty sleeping, etc...until recently.
I am now having issues with anxiety in which I had a panic attack of some sort last week and am currently experiencing a tightness or heaviness in my chest and throat...it makes me feel like its difficult to breathe. I will ask my doctor next week to pull me off the meds, but for now, what can I do to calm myself enough to get rid of the anxiety?
