Suggest Medication For An Allergy In The Eye

Hi I am a 13 year old girl and my eyes are having a alergic reaction and I do not know what is causing the reaction. The inside of my eyes pointing torwards my nose are getting very swollen and itchy. Also my eyelids are sore and my mom gave me benadril but it seems like it is not working. I have been resting and laying a bag of ice on my eyes and that seems not to be helping either.
