Suggest Medication For Acne Scars

I have had acne since puberty. However now I only have acne scars and these little puss filled fine bumps that have a ricotta chesse like puss inside. IT smells awful. I clean my face twice daily! What am I doing wrong? What can I do tohelp? I am a college student with no insurance so I cant go to the dermatologist

Scar marks can be removed medically as well as surgically.

Also LASERS are good in removing scars.

The modality of treatment can be decided only after seeing the scar.

A photograph would have helped me better.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
