Suggest Medication For Acne And Cysts On Face

hello doctor.I'm muna gurung.female.I'm 19 years old.I have got acne on my face..mostly on my cheeks and chin.I have acne for around 3 years now.sometime it heals sometime it gets worst.now I have cysts acne.those which are so deep ones like white blood stucked in the skin layer.its painfull.I even tried different medication.right now I'm using isotrion-20 capsules and clarithromycin gel(crixan gel 1%w/w.its been 10days I'm using these medications.but its not getting better.please suggest me doctor.what should I do?

Hi,
You seem to have inflammatory acne vulgaris. There may be genetic tendency. Acne is a multtifactorial disease caused and exacerbated by many factors like.. stress, anxiety,hormonal imbalance,oily food,insomnia,drugs like pills or steoids..etc. Have patience during treatment. Long term treatment for few months to few years may be needed.
Cap isotretinoin 10 mg at night
Cap minocycline 50 mg in morning
Apply clindamycine gel at night on lesions
Cleanse the face with antiseptic face wash
Consult nearby dermatologist and have treatment as suggested above for few months or till good result.
Keep the side effects of above drugs in mind. After permission of your doctor you may take above drugs.
Avoid all precipitating factors.
