Hello dear Understand your concern Yous should do abortion by using Abortion pill under the advice of gynecologist. You should consult gynecologist that is certified. You can not get abortion anonymously. USG should be done before using abortion pill to confirm intrauterine pregnancy and gestation age of pregnancy (it is used safely up to 9 week of pregnancy). Do not use abortion pill at home as it cause excessive bleeding, incomplete abortion, infection and abnormal continuation of pregnancy that should not be treated at home. Mifepristone 600 mg orally should be followed by 800 ug misoprostol vaginally by gynecologist after 48 hour. DOSE AND schedule can be altered by by gynecologist according to abortion status. Normally abortion process will complete in 4-6 days. For safe practice USG should be done at 14th day to confirm completeness process of abortion. Cost of abortion process will depend upon experience and practice of gynecologist from 1000 to 3000 rupees.
