Suggest Medication For Abdominal Pain And Vomiting

Hello doctor aim concern my 7year daughter who is having abdominal pain and vomiting since5 days.she is got fairly good appetite. Mainly she is complaint of abdominal pain and vomiting every afternoon.taken to the doctor and as per doctor Iam giving her paracetamol and socko drone. I am totally worried .she is not looking any lethargic or got loss of appetite.she opened her bowel today after 2days,on appeaVyrance normalsoft stool. Please advice me what to do.

* This is due to infection of intestine .

* Suggestions for better recovery

- Allow more liquids in sessions .
- Soft , light diet at intervals , avoid oily , spicy , junk food , dairy fat .
- Anti emetic syrup if more emesis .

- Check that she remains ambulatory , playful , urine output measurement
- Do not allow to put any toys or other stuffs to be kept in mouth .

- In some cases , if symptoms persist one may have to take decision of
antibiotics as per clinician concern .
