Suggest Medication For A Cyst On The Right Testicle

Hi.

Not sure if you can help me.

I went to my GP approximately 12 months back as I found a small pea sized lump on the bottom of my right testicle. I had an scan and was told it was a cyst and there was nothing to worry about.

Every now and then it does ache a bit but based on what my GP said, I just let it pass.

The last 48 hours I have had much stronger pains than before. I'm wondering if it is related. It doesn't seem to have grown at all but has not gone away also. Will it ever go away?

It does play on my mind quite a lot and probably psychologically I am imagining the worst all the time.

Additionally to the pain, each time I sneeze or cough, there is a really sharp pain down there too. I'm assuming this is linked to the aches I have.

Can you advise me in any way?

Thank you.

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read facts of your query and reviewed it in context to your health issues submitted.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.
You seem to have-Spermatocele / and or Varicocele. As you get more pains while standing and the pain reduces on lying down,Varicocele is the possibility in your case.
I would suggest physical examination from surgeon / or Urologist and confirmation with USG right Testes and Color Dopler for the Varicocele.
Also the increase in pain at that site-goes in favour of Right Epidydimal Varicocele .
Other causes like -Inguinal hernia/Epididymal Cyst or Spermatocele/ Hydrocele/ sub-acute-Epididymitis on right side-needs to be verified and ruled out.

Remedy
-Consult Surgeon / Urologist and assess the Cystic painful Swelling with above angles.

Tab Comibflam-1 x 2 times a day x 10 days
Tab-Chymoral forte 1 x 2-3 time / day x 10 days
Tab Ciplox Oz- 1 x 2 time / day x 10 days
If swelling reduces- possibility of Spermatocele / or Epididymal Cyst is more.
Such cysts occur due to Epididymitis causing blocked vas efferrentia and Cysts with sperm in it.As the infection and swelling reduces, the cyst would regresss and sometimes resolve even.

USG and Color dopler of right Testes to fix the exact cause in your case.

Other causes of painful erection post-perineal injury needs to be ruled out.
For this to verify Second opinion from Urologist/ Surgeon - would be needed.

Just don't worry and be patient and co-operate with your doctors, till you verify with your attending doctors.

Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.
