Suggest Medication For A Blurred Vision

Sir, Good Morning. My daughter is 9 years old. Due to rubbing of left eye, cornea has become light steep (thin) and she got -4.0 / 180 Degrees / +0.50 power for left eye. And the right eye is Normal. After wearing the spectacles, many times she is able to see normal with the left eye. But sometimes in the classroom, her vision is blur. We could not understand the problem. Will the left eye cornea will become normal while she grows ? Is there any chance of cornea becomes more steeper without doing anything also. Is there any problem with -4.0 power to left eye only? Please give me suggestions and exercises to become cornea normal. Thank You Very Much. Regards, Ravi

Hi
It is a case of unilateral myopia.

One should use glasses regularly. Not using glasses will suppress the vision of left eye (wk eye) and in the long run may lead to squint.

Up to the difference of 4 diopter between the two eyes, glasses are well tolerated but beyond this contact lenses will be better .

Up to the age of 21 years (growing age), power may vary.we have no means to stop this variation or change in power.this is a natural change.
