Suggest Medication For Hx Choroidal Granuloma

30 yr old caucasian female. 5 6 145 lbs. smoker: 1/4 pack a day. occasional social drinker. no drugs. no other health problems. Hx choroidal granuloma -- initially suspected to be sarcoidosis -- left eye x 4yrs. Inflammation resolved as of 1 yr ago. Eye now feels less mobile, grays out, and seems to have reduced peripheral vision. Opthalmologist says not to worry, Sx likely d/t eye being weak. Sx are becoming more distressing, but potentially d/t personal awareness. Also feel as if I have reduced sensation around the eye orbit when Sx more pronounced. Concerned that I may need to see a medical professional promptly instead of waiting for appointment with my ophthalmologist.

It is granulomatous choroiditis. it is a chronic inflammation. no specific drug is available. steroid is generally tried.at times it subsides but with recurrence. peri pheral vision effected means nerve are effected. presently endoscopic removal is tried. if chorioretinitis is developed then itcan be more complicated
