Hi,

According to your concern I think the rash in your situation taking ARV daily is related to side effects of some ARV (specially Efavirenz or abacavir). So, first I need to know the ARV names. You should go to talk with your ID specialist to do a physical examination and to define the cause.

I hope my answer will help you. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Monika Dede
